Vasectomy is a procedure done to avoid pregnancy. The purpose is to stop sperm getting into semen while ejaculating. This doesn’t hamper your orgasm and ejaculation process.

Conventional vasectomy : In this procedure, a small piece of each tube ( ie. Vas deferns ) is removed a gap is formed between two ends. Small cut in scrotum done to access both tubes. Dissolvable stitches are used in the procedure. Main purpose of procedure is that sperms no longer reaches semen on ejaculation.

NSV (Non scalpel vasectomy): In this procedure, clamping is done to hold the vas deferns in its place. The surgeon makes a small hole in skin and lift vas deferns out. A cut is made and further sealed with stitches or searing.
